Affirmations should be read out loud with a belief and faith, that it will feed your mind, your soul, to finally create a mindset towards spiritual wellness. If you really put energy and feeling while reading it out loud, you will send out a positive vibration to the universe, which in turn will come back to you.
Remember with FEELING! This is called incantations...meaning, the knowing, this will help because the universe picks up on this vibration. If you say it without feeling, it will be weak. Enjoy the fruits of your feelings!
